At SAP we’ve always placed the highest priority on a successful implementation. Die SAP-Propaganda präsentiert mySAP.com als "open collaborative business environment of personalized solutions on demand". Dazu gibt es die Value Scenarios, vorgefertigte Bündel von business processes, die den Einführungsprozess beschleunigen sollen. SAP Solution Maps stehen als eine Art blue prints zur Verfügung um die Prozesse des Kerngeschäfts (key business processes)schnell abbilden zu können; 19 branchenspezifische Lösungen stehen im Herbst 2000 zur Verfügung. SAP behauptet, dass darin das Erfahrungswissen aus 22.000 Installationen eingegangen ist. Mit Hilfe von Key Performance Indicators kann die Performance der Installation gwemessen werden, wiederum ein powerful evaluation tool (SAP-Jargon). Den Rest besorgt ASAP, und die Implementierung ist ein schnelles Kinderspiel, unterstützt durch die Hilfen der SAP Partner Community. Für Klein- und Mittelunternehmen gibt's das Ganze dann nochmals mit zusätzlichem Tempo-Turbo-Lader: Accelerated Solutions and R/3 Ready to Use.
